Privacy policy

Status: October 2026. Responsible for this website is Amalienburg GmbH, Amalienburgstr. 24–26a, 81247 Munich. Contact: info@amalienburg.de, phone +49 (0)89 891155-0.

1. No cookies, no tracking

This website does not use cookies or any analytics, tracking or advertising services. For this reason there is no cookie banner. The website only stores the settings of the accessibility menu (text size, contrast, underlining) locally in your browser. This storage is necessary for the function and is not transmitted to us or to third parties.

2. Server log files

When you visit the website, technically necessary data (including IP address, date and time, page requested, browser, operating system) is recorded in server log files by the hosting provider. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). Log files are deleted after a short time.

Hosting: RockingHoster Deutschland GmbH, An der Strusbek 21, 22926 Ahrensburg, Germany. The host processes the data as a processor on our behalf.

3. Enquiries by email, phone or WhatsApp

If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we process the data you provide to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). The WhatsApp button is a simple link. Visiting this website does not transmit any data to WhatsApp; only when you click the link do WhatsApp terms apply.

4. Directions and map links

The “Location & Directions” page does not embed a map. We only link to Google Maps. Only when you click one of these links does Google Maps open in a new tab, and Google processes your data under its own responsibility (Google Ireland Limited, Dublin). More information: policies.google.com/privacy.

5. Fonts and files

Fonts, scripts and images are loaded from our own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or other third-party services.

6. Storage period

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them, and beyond that as required by statutory retention obligations.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

Accessibility statement

We want this website to be accessible to everyone. Using the “Accessibility” menu you can adjust text size, contrast and underlining, hide images and have text read aloud. The website can be operated with the keyboard. If something is not accessible to you, write to info@amalienburg.de. We are happy to advise you personally.
