Accessibility
We want every guest to feel welcome with us — in the hotel and on this website.
Accessibility at the hotel
Accessible hotels in Munich are not always easy to find. We offer ground-floor rooms for guests who prefer to avoid stairs and lifts, or who prefer a ground-level stay for health reasons. We're happy to advise you by phone or email in advance to find the room that suits you best.
- Wheelchair-accessible rooms on the ground floor
- Personal advice on individual requirements before arrival
- Free parking in the immediate vicinity of the hotel
Accessibility of this website
We strive to make this website accessible in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, conformance level AA. This includes, among other things:
- A clear, consistent page structure with a sensible heading hierarchy
- Full keyboard operability including a visible focus indicator
- A "skip to content" link at the start of every page
- Alternative text for images
- Sufficient colour contrast plus a high-contrast setting
- Adjustable text size and underlined links via the accessibility menu (icon bottom right)
- An easy-read font setting with wider line and letter spacing
- A read-aloud feature that reads the page content out loud (via your browser's built-in speech synthesis, with no data sent to any third party)
- Responsive design for use on all screen sizes
- Support for reduced motion (prefers-reduced-motion)
- Fonts are loaded locally from our own server (no third-party tracking via web fonts)
Using the accessibility tools
Use the icon in the bottom right corner to open our accessibility menu. There you can adjust the text size, enable a high-contrast mode, permanently underline links, switch on an easy-read font, and have the page content read aloud. The read-aloud feature uses only your browser's built-in speech synthesis — no content is sent to any external server. Your choice is stored in your browser and applied automatically on your next visit.
