Grown together with the family
For more than 25 years, Hotel Amalienburg has been a family business. In the Obermenzing district, close to the Botanical Garden, it has grown step by step through renovations, new buildings and new offers.
Several generations of the family work in our house. Everyone grows into their role and helps our guests feel at home.
What we offer
Over the years we have extended the house with a fitness area, a sauna and a conference room. We keep up with current technology too: free Wi-Fi, smart TVs and many small details that make your stay more comfortable.

The name Amalienburg
Our hotel takes its name from the Amalienburg, a Rococo hunting lodge in the Nymphenburg Palace park. Style, calm and hospitality are what connect us with that park.
Commitment & memberships
We are members of the DEHOGA (German Hotel and Restaurant Association) and of the Bavarian Hotel and Restaurant Association. We feel closely connected to Munich tourism.
